Art therapy is the use of art in the therapuetic process. In order to be an art therapist, one needs a Master's degree specifically in Art Therapy. Chris Drosdick has extensive experience utilizing art therapy in the psychotherapy process. 

Psychotherapy Services

Lifespan has experience helping individuals through a wide variety of emotional concerns. Anxiety, depression, trauma (PTSD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and more. 

First Responder/Veteran Counseling

Our veteran's have special needs when it comes to counseling. Lifespan has experience working with military men and women struggling with a variety of concerns. Relationship issues, depression, PTSD, addiction and adjustment issues are a few of our areas of expertise.

Alcohol and Other Drugs of Abuse/Substance Abuse Concerns

Lifespan has experience helping individuals with many forms of addiction; alcohol, opiates, marijuana and more. In addition to helping the individual with the struggle with addiction, we also help families and loved ones learn how to handle someone else's addiction. 

Couples Counseling

Lifespan offers couples counseling following the Gottman format. Sessions are 90 minutes in length. Couples counseling can be covered by insurance (billed at 1-45 minute session per person) or cash pay. Cash pay is $180 for each 90 minute session. There is also a $29.00 assessment fee for the Gottman assessment.

Eye Movement Desensitization Reprogramming helps for individuals to process trauma, or get "unstuck." Chris has been trained in EMDR.
